The Premier of the Free State, S.H Ntombela, will lead the Executive Council and private sector stakeholders on an Operation Hlasela outreach programme in Brandfort, scheduled for June 1, 2018, under the theme “Advancing Youth Development in honour of Mama Winnie-Madikizela Mandela”.

In partnership with the Masilonyana Local Municipality (LM), Transnet and the Private Sector, the hlasela programme will celebrate the life as well as contributions of Mama Winnie Madikizela-Mandela by addressing some of the critical service delivery challenges confronting the community of Brandfort. The outreach will also officially launch Youth Month in the Province
